When I was 5 years old I was given a solo in the church choir and that’s when my parents realized my gift for singing. Since, I’ve performed in numerous shows and productions all over the U.S. In the coming years I performed in many talents competitions and local shows, I was also given the opportunity to audition for the role of young simba in the Broadway production of ‘The Lion King” in 1994. I made it to the bottom three but wasn’t chosen to fulfill the role. Afterwards I returned to San Francisco where I starred/sang in 2 local TV commercials (Serramonte Toyota/Scion & Comcast) and continued to sing in events locally and statewide. In early 2000 I was chosen as All Star Kids National Talent Competitions 10-12 year old Overall Winner with a cash prize of $1000 and the opportunity to perform in the Mainstreet Disney Parade at Disneyland in California. Once in high school, I auditioned for a national talent agency who offered me a job to tour with the company between June and August performing shows throughout the west coast. In the summer of 2005, the show was offered a 2 week European tour where we performed for over 7 local schools and community centers in all throughout Europe. It was through this job that I was given the opportunity to audition for Royal Caribbean where I worked for 2 years following high school.
