"Songs of the Field Negro" are the Negro spirituals of today to a different beat. Just as the black slaves would sing songs with secret coding and hidden messages to help their fellow slave escape and find their way to freedom. This album uses that very same method. Leading the listener down the path of knowledge, wisdom, and understanding of the Torah and Gospel. It incorporates many genres of music such as Jazz,Hip-hop,Soul,Pop,and Gospel. Which most genres of music stem from the negro spirituals. It begins with slavery which the Israelites of the bible were told they would receive, if they didn't keep the laws, statues and commandments of God. (Ahla/Power) (Deuteronomy 28: 1-14 "Blessings" 15-68 "Curses"). Yasharahla (Israel) were and still are a rebellious people who never kept the commandments of the most High God in perfection. But did wickedly in the eyes of Yahawah (He is). For this reason he (YaHaWaH) removed his name and heritage from them, and casted them out the land promised to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob's seed forever. After breaking their blood covenant the Israelites were driven into the land of their enemies to serve as bond men and bond women (Deuteronomy 28:68). Where no man would buy (deliver/save) them out of their cruel conditions. All had been done to break the pride of Israel (Leviticus 26:19). The Israelites who are now scattered amongst all nations must rethink themselves in all the lands they were taken captive (Deuteronomy 30:1-3,1 Kings 8:46-). Confessing their iniquities and their fathers iniquities (Sins 1John 3:4), acknowledging that they walked contrary to the Most High and he also walked away from them for their disobedience (Leviticus 26:40). If they would repent (turn away from their sins ) then Yahawah would remember his covenant, where he said he would bless them and place them high above all nations of the earth( Deuteronomy 7:6,28:1-14 30:1-) and place them back in their land again. Rather than repent Israel continued to break the laws and went into slavery with many nations. From the Assyrian captivity 720 B.C., Babylonian captivity 586 B.C., Persian & Medes captivity 538 B.C., Greek captivity 332 B.C.,Roman captivity 70 A.D., until now American captivity 1619 A.D.. Yahawah became angry with Israels wickedness and no longer accept vain animal sacrifices for forgiveness of sins.(Hebrews 10:4, Isaiah 1). In order for Israel to be saved out of the hands of their enemies and have their sins forgiven Yahawashi Ha Mashiyach "Jesus the Christ" had to a be living sacrifice to save his people ( Matthew 1:21). He was only sent for lost sheep of Israel that were scattered.(Matthew 15:24,Romans 9). Being tempted in all points he didn't sin (Hebrews 4:15). By sacrificing his life and his will he fulfilled the whole duty of man (Ecclesiastes 12:13) redeeming his people. Now if they (Israelites) keep the commandments and follow the Messiah's example in faith (Hebrew 11:1) they will receive eternal life (Matthew 19:18-,Revelation 22:14) and righteous rulership over all nations of the earth.
