Norma has loved music since she was a young child. Her earliest musical memories include listening to her older brother's collection of classical music, singing harmony with her mother in the family car, and singing in church with her younger sister. Norma began writing poetry as a young child, and she began composing songs as a teenager. Norma first began performing her music for friends and family. Soon she was in demand to perform in church services and at community gatherings. Norma recently completed recording her 8th album of original music, a collection of patriotic music. She is currently recording album #9, an album of music that focuses on the 12 Steps of recovery. Norma has performed throughout the United States and internationally.
