Trivia: This album was originally going to be titled "The 30th President" as 12 song soundtrack to compliment Selton Shaw's 2007 documentary film about the DC public school system. However, during the song writing process, Matthew's prolific streak kicked in and he wrote over 50 pieces of music. This small project ended up turning into one monolith of a concept album. To fit everything in, many tracks were either cut, shortened, or combined with other tracks.
