The San Pablo Sessions is a collection of songs conceived in the woods of Connecticut and recorded at Gawain Mathews Music Studio in San Pablo CA summer of 2013. Having met Gawain while he was touring with The Mickey Hart Band and sending him some of my old recordings from the '80's...he asked me a simple question...."do you still write?".....to which my stumbling response was...."yeah...yeah i still write"....so i set out to writing .......flew to Cali.......and Gawain Mathews took it from there.....playing all stringed things......as well as keys and percussion....brought in his musical friends Joe Bagale,

Leah Tysse, Kyle Caprista, and Sikiru Adepoju to help craft this collection of songs. Thanks Gawain so much......thanks all you players, too. It was a dream to work with you all. Enjoy.
