This is a unique collection of original music and arrangements created by guitarist Ron Steele.

As a Chicago studio musician, Ron performed on thousands of recordings that utilized many different types of guitars and genres. Ron’s arrangements feature just about every type of guitar, including acoustic 12 string , 6 string, classical, bass, jazz electric, rock electric, electric sitar and mandolin. On many of these works, Ron played all of the guitar parts. Many top Chicago musicians are also featured on these tracks, including his friend Bob Wessberg on vibraphone. After playing music for numerous artists during his career, Ron decided to make his own musical statement. The result is this playlist of rare instrumental guitar music that projects a distinctive R & B Funk and Jazz Fusion vibe.
