This piece won First prize at the III International composition competition "G Metallo" in Bisaccia (Av) Italy and was also performed at the Carnegie Hall New York. It describes the historic castle where the poet Torquato Tasso stayed for a brief period, who suffering from mental disorders, had ghostly visions (01:40). Looking out from the balcony one can see Spring blossoming (02:42) and in the distance make out some knights hunting (02:54) and they are loading their bows (03:12). Each day, from his garden, the poet looked to the heavens to pray as a true believer (04:40)
