Laura Jean Anderson's unique sound is a direct creation of the combination of growing up singing church hymns and American roots music contrasting the grunge music elements of growing up in Olympia, Washington. You can hear this in her music, soulful vocals and well crafted storylines with elements of chaotic rock n' roll and garage rock at its best. This debut EP was written and recorded in Los Angeles with players Marcus Buser, Sam Kauffman-Skloff, John German and Julian Beutel. It was engineered by Theo Karon and mastered by Mark Chalecki.
