Taiphoon is a native of Thomson, Georgia currently based in Atlanta. He has had several independent releases. Never shying away from showing vulnerability, his music is emotional, passionate, and often gives listeners in-depth glimpses into his personal life. Citing Alicia Keys, Kid Cudi, and Kanye West as his biggest influences, Taiphoon combines soulful melodies and powerful raps in songs that creatively experiment with blending aspects of different genres with his Hip-Hop core.
