Daphrase is a musician from Ypsilanti Michigan he creates music for the love of it. He has played in several bands as a drummer. His musical inspiration is rooted in Hip Hop and R&B Jazz Electronic and Classical music as well as many other genres of music. As a music producer he try's not to limit his creative ear to what he prefers to listen to, he believes in exploring different genres of music to birth new ideas for his productions.

The album titled Kaleidophrase was given by a close friend and songwriter Terry Burrell. After Terry asked Daphrase to best explain the body of tracks on his album Terry coined the name Kaleidophrase. Daphrase feel in love with the title and said this is it the title explains Daphrasemusic a blend of different genres that he personally loves like the colors of a Kaleidoscope ever changing when you turn it in different directions.
