The project is a blend of full tracks and acoustic tracks, ranging from afro pop vibes, R & B to slight old school vibes and a fusion of melodic sounds through soulful vocals. With 19 tracks on it, the themes of the songs are centered around life experiences, past reflections and conversations with friends, with the central message being the experience of love from different types of relationships in life. Unlike her past two albums, Freedom (2015) and The Revolution (2016), which had no artist features, KIM of Diamonds has some features by artists who definitely added a unique sound to the vibes of the songs. “Selfish” features Malawian R&B artist Teddy and “Trouble” features Malawian reggae/dancehall artist Blasto, whilst “Lights On” features Nigerian artist Fre-D and “Work Things Out” features UK artist Mcebisi. Producer credits go to Sonye (Houston Music), BFB (Exclusive Entertainment), Abstract Records and Samuel Genda.
