Robert ( BAHB ) Civiletti Natural Trumpeter. BAHB Civiletti has established an outstanding international reputation as a trumpet soloist, embouchure teacher and guest Principal Trumpet with many Baroque Orchestras. As a Natural Trumpeter, Mr. Civiletti has performed in Germany, Italy, France, Spain, Switzerland, Netherlands, Russia, Sweden, Belgium, Luxembourg and the U.S.A. He has toured extensively with such notables as Friedemann Immer and Edward H. Tarr. He is the founder and performing member of Buccina Cantorum, an ensemble dedicated to the performance style of the Baroque period. Buccina Cantorum performs only on instruments of the Baroque period. Mr. Civiletti has recorded 3 CD’s, a Duet and Solo Trumpet CD with Friedemann Immer, an all Italian Concert CD with Buccina Cantorum and a Solo CD "The Art of the High Baroque" with the Belgian Baroque Soloist. As a modern Trumpeter, Mr. Civiletti has played Principal Trumpet with the Sioux City Symphony, the National Symphony in New York, the Tito Puente Latin Big Band, The Glenn Miller Orchestra and the O.J’s. His travels have taken him across the United States, Japan, and the Pacific Rim. Presently, Mr. Civiletti tours all over the world teaching the TCE and performing the extreme high trumpet concerti from the late Baroque period on the Baroque Trumpet. He is the only Baroque Trumpeter capable of such a feat. He is presently Principal Solo Trumpeter with the “Dallas Bach Society” and “Concert Royal” in New York City. In addition to his concert touring, he is the author of "The TCE Training Manual” and is co-author of "Trumpet Secrets" (The Secrets of the Tongue-Controlled Embouchure) with Jerome Callet. He also is the director of the Brass Players’ Studio in his home town of Stanhope, New Jersey. Mr. Civiletti was the 1st prize winner of the "National Trumpet Competition" for Baroque Trumpet (George Mason University, Virginia USA 2004). He performs on a Baroque Trumpet by Rainer Egger of Basil, Switzerland, which is modeled from an original instrument by Leonhard Ehe II (1663-1724). Friedemann Immer is highly in demand in modern concert life. In the seventies he specialized in Baroque trumpet and modern instruments. Today he concertizes with various prominent orchestras worldwide such as the Freiburg Baroque Orchestra, the Concentus Musicus of Vienna, the Akademie fur Alte Musik of Berlin, La Stagione of Frankfurt, the Academy of Ancient Music of London, the Boston Baroque, Aston Magna Boston and others. He has collaborated on a regular basis with conductors such as Nikolaus Harnoncourt, Franz Bruggen, Thomas Hengelbrock, Tom Koopman, Philippe Herreweghe, Markus Creed, Martin Pearlman, and Hellmuth Rilling, resulting in more than 80 CD recordings and numerous radio and television productions. Friedemann Immer is the director and founder of the “ Friedemann Immer Trumpet Consort “, a group that specializes in ensemble music for trumpets, timpani and organ. Together with the other members of the ensemble he publishes music for trumpet and other instruments of all epochs for the publishing house of Spaeth & Schmid in Nagold, Germany. Friedemann Immer is professor of trumpet at the Hochschule fur Musik in Cologne Germany and professor of Baroque trumpet at the Sweelinck Conservatory in Amsterdam. In addition he regularly gives courses and workshops at various conservatories throughout the world. Claudia Immer Soprano. Claudia Immer was born in Stuttgart Germany. She received her first singing lessons during her school years from Kammersangerin Ruth-Margaret Purz. Later she studied singing at the Musikhochschule of Trossingen with professor Monika Moldenhauer and in Dortmund with professor Berthold Schmid, receiving her diploma in 1989. Claudia Immer concertizes nationally and internationally as an oratorio and lied singer. Her musical spectrum extends from Monteverdi via Bach, Handel, Mozart , Haydn, Mendelssohn to avant-garde works. Matthias Nagel Historic Organ. Matthias Nagel, born 1959 finished his studies of church music at the Folkwang-Hochschule in Essen Germany in 1984. Since that time he has been active in Dusseldorf as an organist and conductor, as well as teaching organ and improvisation at the Robert Schumann Hochschule. Matthias Nagel was a prize winner in 1988 and 1990 at the International Organ Improvisation Competition in Haarlem Netherlands. He has also composed church music in various genres. Matthias Nagel is a founding member of the internationally active “ Friedemann Immer Trumpet Consort “, with which he has also made several Cd recordings. Guntram Sellinger Trumpeter and Conductor. Guntram Sellinger studied trumpet at the Hochschule for Musik in Hannover Germany. He did his advanced studies with Bo Nilsson in Sweden and participated in many master classes with such masters as Timofey Dokshizer, David Hickman and Friedemann Immer to name a few. Since 1990 he has been concertizing as a soloist and as a chamber and orchestra musician in Sweden, the USA and Germany. Besides the modern instruments he also specializes on the Baroque Trumpet.
