Singer KANATSU will release her long awaited new album "Prayer" dedicated to everyone whose life has been affected by the COVID global pandemic. As KANATSU as her artist name, this will be her first album release. Each of her songs has a universal message and a sense of prayer for our everchanging and uncertain life due to the pandemic. From the classic ballads for the healing of the heart to the melodious and acoustic ballads for the easing of the soul, this album contains 10 songs from various genres that will bring you the sense of prayer delivered through KANATSU's ethereal voice. This album includes songs that KANATSU has written over the years, original songs written by Japanese and Korean songwriters, and even an all-English lyric song. The lead song of the album, "You" is set to be released on March 25th. This ballad is featured as the theme song for the movie "Gikyodai" featuring Seiji Chihara. "Tomodachi No Teigi", the sole medium tempo song in the album starts off with a line from the world famous magician, Cyril. This song features KANATSU's jazzy vocals along with a Latin and pop music fusion creating a unique, mature sound. In June, an album full of entertainig, colorful dance music is set to be released digitally. This album will be the opposite of this ballad centered album which will highlight KANATSU's multi-faceted background in entertainment that dates back to her childhood.
