"Io sono la musica" (I'm the music) is the first single of the singer Ana Echandi (Costa Rica). Io sono la music was composed by the composer and pianist Julian de la Chica and is part of the series "Nocturnal & Circular images op.4 n.9." The work was originally composed for string quartet, piano, soprano and tenor, and was included in the Julian De La Chica’s album "Irreverence" released in 2012. For the album "Metamorphosis" Miss Echandi thought to propose the same work, but remixed in a club version.The track would be released in a pre-order Single for summer 2014. Julian de la chica decided to take the challenge of making the remix, working a minimalist & techno concept, emergent from the scene of the east village NYC. The single was produced by Julian De La Chica, Co-Produced, Recorded, and Mixed by Alex Sterling and mastering by Alan Silverman who has mastered numerous Grammy Award CDs, including world music phenomenon Lagrimas Negras, nominated for Record of The Year, Album of The Year, and Best Engineered Record at the Latin Grammy Awards. "Io Sono la Musica" is an italian verso written by Julian De La Chica, and tells the story about a man who loses the passion for music. One day, after the music hears the prayers of the people, the spirit of music returns and speaks to the man: "Just the day when you forget your ego, then the music return fortuitously and you will understand the message and the magic"
