Kyle Knight is an emergent talent whose debut EP seeks to embrace the multi­faceted perspectives of New York City. Armed with a desire to reveal truth through music, Kyle Knight is an artist whose sound explores beyond the confines of strictly Hip­-Hop. As an MC, he places focus on lyricism, aiming to evoke the kind of storytelling that have kept the culture alive for so long. The Truth EP is equal parts storytelling and “reality rap.” As Kyle explains, the EP draws its inspiration from societal events, both close to home and worldwide, specifically tackling police brutality, political corruption, social justice, addiction epidemics, misogyny, and more.
