Cutting her songwriting teeth in Nashville, Josie Beck is a singer/songwriter currently living near the Gulf Coast. She writes mostly adult contemporary soft pop, new country music, folk rock or Christian and likes to blend in other genres.

"The songs I write are my tracks of living and loving in this world.....like musical graffiti saying Josie Beck was here. It's forever amazing to me how a song has such a magical way of taking you somewhere you've been or somewhere your heart wants to be. I think music makes us a little more connected. So when I'm writing and singing my songs, I want to take you to that place where your heart says, yeah.....I can feel that too. That's what this is all about for me."
