Silent Mind blends Folk, Alternative, Soul, and Pop, creating what he dubs as 'iFolk.' Silent Mind is a storyteller, pulling from history, art, and personal experience. "I care about writing great songs, and being real with my audience. That's all."

"I decided on the name Silent Mind because playing music is really the only time my mind is quiet - a desire for escape from the madness of our mind is something I think all of us can relate to.”

Bright has been writing furiously, completing over 100 songs in the last year. Voice has proven an equal focus since beginning studies with an Indian vocal master in 2012. Currently recording in Vermont and Los Angeles with Producer Skye Lewin, Chakra-5-Records aims to release his 3rd record under the name Silent Mind in late 2013.
