In 2008 Karma Tree started writing new songs after their release of the E.P. "Telephant". With a lot of new influences, they went from ordinary pop to a more experimental style. During a period of two years a lot of new songs were written and ten songs, most cohesive as a whole, were selected to be recorded and released on the album "Sleepium". Some of the songs were performed live before the recordings and some were to be kept safe until the release of the album. Today you can hear all of the ten songs recorded in Gig Studio, Stockholm, by technician and producer Conny Wall. Except for the four members of Karma Tree you can also hear other musicians as: Asy De Saavedra (from Smoosh), Petter Friberger and Conny Wall. To quote a beloved friend of the band, Agnes, "This album makes me sad when I'm happy and happy when I'm sad". Please tell us about your reflections on the album.
