Snow Beach, Generico's debut, was produced during an 8 month shut-in period at The Glass Apartment. The epic winter snows were Generico's backdrop for the majority of production. The ice and white of winter translate seamlessly throughout Snow Beach, notably "Guardrail Frozen" and the two-part story of a lost penguin reunited with his clan, "The Lost Penguin Aria" and "Sand Dune Union". Snow Beach stands as a royal document of winter, with sky-high trebles intertwining with grounded grooves, glitch beats matched with plucked cellos and french horns. It's an experiment marriage of orchestral instruments and sequenced electronic sounds, and it's a very successful one.
