iTrinity(e) Entertainment is the brainchild of Dwight "Turbo" Dillard. Dillard, although an Army brat that was born in Nuremburg, Germany, has been in Washington, DC since the year after his birth and considers himself a Washingtonian through and through. "Turbo" spent almost 17 years as a member of the United States Armed Forces before being honorably discharged for combat-related injuireis in 2008. The time in the military, has, according to Dillard, given him the discipline, motivation and many of the principles that he is parlaying into this next phase of his life. As a business model, he keeps close to heart some valuable advice given to him by one of his mentors, veteran entertainment personality and motivational speaker extraordinaire Kevin T. Robertson: "Positive thinking and action are directly connected on the pathway to achieiving whatever successes that you are destined to achieve". This, Turbo enthusiastically proclaims is one of the mantras that he intends to live by to help achieve his vision for iTrinity(e) Entertainment, which is "to be the platform for artists in the District of Columbia, Maryland and Virginia (the DMV)". Citing numerous models for success in the industry, "Turbo" says, "that it is definitely not necessary to reinvent the wheel, when there are so many different styles and types of 'wheels' out there already".
