I'm establishing myself as a premier jazz artist. My music moves the mind, body and soul. The listener will feel as though they've taken a journey unlike no other. After years of playing with many other artists, I felt it was time to express myself through my own compositions. The result is a sound that combines the blues along with the dance, giving listeners an experience they'll want to have over and over again. I draw upon the influence of jazz supergroup The Crusaders who created what is known as the Gulf Coast sound with roots in Texas and Louisiana. That's what gives my music it's edge; it's soulful and fun at the same time. I'm a native of Houston, TX and music from this side of the country is enjoyable. That's the spirit I'm bringing to contemporary jazz.
