Jym Darling, original member of international band Loop Guru went on to form a performance group called Fidget Feet with his wife Chantal. Most of the songs on the album 'Already Happy' were created at least in part as music for shows by Fidget Feet. In 2008 there was a tragic accident while rehearsing a Fidget Feet show in which we lost our great friend Emma Insley. She had always loved the music and encouraged Jym to develop them into songs and release them. These are the music created for shows worked into tunes in their own right, with incredible artists like rising star Indi Kaur, the Irish rapper Bubba Shakespeare and great musicians all named in the little booklet. It is hard to lose a loved one and still find your way to happiness, Emma was one of the happiest souls you could meet and the title of the album is from the wisdom of Adi Da Samraj (who's voice is feathered in track 11) who reminds us of the folly of seeking happiness, we have only to realize that in the prior position, we all are 'Already Happy'.
