It was birthed out of Shelton Bady's desire to attend a church where he was free to worship God, teach the uncompromised Word of God, and evangelize, which is the heartbeat of the ministry. Our first service was held September 1, 1990 at the Greenspoint Wyndham Hotel, where Shelton Bady was ordained as Pastor by the Full Gospel Fellowship - Houston, Inc. THE DIRECTOR Elder Timothy D. Price, III, one of the most sought out, anointed, electrifying, and influential men of this day as an evangelist, songwriter, musician, director, psalmist, recording artist, and writer chosen to Change the Face of Evangelism! With the Heart of David, he has submitted himself and his gifts unto the Lord to "RELEASE THE SOUND OF PRAISE" for this generation. Growing up as a "child prodigy," he has served in various arenas, ministries and has performed in almost every genre of the arts. God called him in 2003 as a Minstrel to Harvest Time Church where he served as the Youth Music Administrator. His pastor and spiritual father is Bishop Shelton Bady in Houston, Texas. As the Lord promoted him within a short period of time, he took on the position as the Director of The Fine Arts Ministry of Harvest Time Church. He has proven himself indeed to be a gift to the Kingdom of God. He now travels and consults with other ministries, helping to build and structure their ministries. Elder Price has traveled around the United States, as well as internationally, to Japan, Europe, and the Bahamas, serving in many of the gifts that God has graced him with.
