Mark S. Payne is a native of Baltimore, Maryland now residing in Tampa, Florida. He studied piano at the Peabody Preparatory School of Music and Shenandoah College and Conservatory of Music. He is married to his lovely wife Virginia and has four children. God has blessed him to accompany such artists and ministries as Rev. Archie Dennis Jr., Lillie Knauls, Larnelle Harris, Benny Hinn, Bishop T.D. Jakes, Karen Wheaton, Judy Jacobs, Edwin Hawkins, Ron Kenoly, Richard Smallwood, Donnie McClurkin. Deitrick and Damita Haddon, Jessy Dixon and a host of others. Mark also was featured as one of the pianist in Dino’s Pianorama and recorded with Larnelle on "A Story To Tell" project. He served as Music Director at New Life Christian Center in Tampa, Florida and the organist for World Evangelism for many years. His travel has taken him throughout the United States, Canada, Europe, Asia, South Africa, and Korea. He composed and arranged music for Dony and Reba McQuire’s release, “Suddenly” and is featured on the keyboards. At present, he serves as Director of Fine Arts at Without Walls International Church Tampa, Fl. Mark’s instrumental recordings include: “Perfect Peace”, “Glorify Him”, “Secret Place”, “Secret Place 2” , “Mark Payne Christmas” and a most recent release , “Test of Time”. His first love is Jesus Christ and he believes very strongly that his musical talent is a gift from God and his deepest desire is to usher men and women into the very presence of God.
