Soleil (born August 8th 1991) is an American R&B/Reggae/Hip-Hop vocalist and songwriter. Born in the the beautiful parishes of Kingston, Jamaica with a Cuban decent, this exotic ray of sunshine moved to the U.S. and was raised in Bronx, NY. Soleil was inspired to sing at a very young age by her grandmother Stephanie, whom she credits for blessing her with such a radiant voice. This led Soleil to join her church choir at the age of 11, and participate in many singing groups from middle school to college. After the death of her grandmother in 2012, Soleil dedicated her life to music more than ever before. Soleil signed with and became the official First Lady of Benjii Gang Entertainment in 2012, and is set to release her album, 'Rays of Soleil' Spring 2015. She is currently doing numerous shows and collaborating with many artists nationwide. Her new single 'Love In The Mourning' featuring Tantrum T.A., was released June 16, 2014.
