This is what some would call "a Christian Christmas song." The words are new and the melody modified, but it is based on the beloved hymn "What Child is This?" It was recorded and distributed to some friends in 2011, but is just being published this December 2013. The cover art was created especially for this song by Olivia Fleming (age 14). The Latin flavored background tends to stick in your head, and my hope is that the meaning of the words will also. Christmas triggers many emotions, but for me it is mainly that God gave us hope in sending His Son Jesus to be the Savior.
