In 1997, my father called me out of the blue one day to ask if I would write him a song. I was a bit apprehensive at first (not knowing if I could do it any justice), but hours after that phone call a composition entitled 'A Father's Love' was born. Once the composition was complete, I called some of my musician friends to record the song in a "make shift" studio and was able to share the recording with my father. Oh, how proud he was of this song that was made especially for him! Now that he has passed on, I wanted to further honor my Dad and all Dads, letting them know how important they are to all of us.
