The Gone is the solo studio band of Martin Davies, The Shakers bass player, resident merseybeat band at the world famous Cavern Club in Liverpool. Inspired by 60's garage, 70's New Wave and the thunderous beat of the Cavern, The Gone are proud to present debut CD Real Gone.

Based in Manchester, Martin plays the vast majority of the album himself. Lo-fi sun drenched, fuzz toned pop !

The first full length CD by The Gone is out now. 60's Garage and 70's New Wave inspired pop/rock. Sun drenched primeval honeydripped aural sensations, each with its own soft/hard centre! Sepia tinged guitars with fuzz toned melodies,harking back to an age when music was so right!
