Candace’s supportive parents and managers, Joel and Ruth Ann Vargas, recognized both her talent and determination at an early age. From that point, there was no denying that music had become her life. It was a time of real growth for Candace, a time to stay focused and consistent, that pivotal moment that years later would lead her to work along-side an array of songwriters, producers and artists like Javier Galvan, Rudy Murillo, Joel Vargas Sr. and others.
