The Lead Singer (known as “Rev” to his myspace fans) delivers inspirational vocals that are truly soothing to the ear. He and his backup singers are known for delivering a fairly versatile style of music ranging from easy listening to foot-tapping R&B. The group tours throughout the United States and typically books their performances in places of worship and/or rented public halls. Rev & Singers are based in Concord, California where they are often called upon to conduct special praise and worship services in the surrounding churches. Lead Singer, Reverend Roberto Figueroa, has performed in wedding ceremonies, church congregations and other select gatherings where spiritual experiences are sought after. Having grown up in the Bay Area and having attended some of its’ surrounding churches, Reverend Figueroa has developed a keen sense of what Believers (both young and old) are searching for in a musical experience. As a songwriter, he creates lyrics and melodies that are pleasantly infectious, as well as mentally stimulating. As an Ordained Reverend, he demonstrates a powerful ability to narrate personal experience and life-lessons that seamlessly transitions the listener to the next song. He and his group are driven by their desire to see hurting souls healed and discouraged hearts made to celebrate life once more.
