简介
On this, the second release from Angel Earth, we find a more consistent body of work and for those who found their previous album a wonderful experience, "I Dream" should prove a flawless journey further up the ladder of spiritual enlightenment and I say this with a tremendous amount of admiration. I wholeheartedly believe that the only way forward for mankind is to advance spiritually, ethically and in harmony with ones fellow neighbours and most importantly Mother Earth. Although I do not hold any particular religious beliefs I do feel akin to the thoughts and hopes that this music is trying to convey. I was surprised by the sheer beauty and by the magnitude of work that must have gone into the making and production of it. For me, it's an even deeper and more emotional experience. It is strong in belief without trying to preach to the listener. Yes, it conveys a message but that message is not overpowering. The uplifting qualities are all here, the superb baritone vocals from Michael Wise, a towering wall of sound from Mark Watson's keyboards, world music influences on "Mahatma" and let's not forget ethnic rhythms, chants and finally superb touches of background vocals by Kristie and Shaina Biro, especially on the magnificent "The Secrets Out". There are also Spanish influences on the splendid "August Moon" which is utterly unmissable. Review of "I Dream" by European Progressive Rock Reviews
