Unlisted has been through a bunch of ups and downs over the last several years including a revolving door of personnel. Bob and Steve have a clear vision and have stuck with it through thick and thin. Now we can proudly say that Chip and Ben share that vision equally. Playin' To Win is a culmination of three years of recording which were peppered with intense waves of uncertainty as well as moments of satisfaction and hope. The guys never thought this effort would see the light of day but are now so ecstatic as they bask in the energy of their first album release. For sure, a much welcome true story of hard work, dedication and reward. The album explores the everyman experiences of interpersonal relationships, apathy, one's station in life and a bit of personal ownership and growth. These appear as heavy, intense themes but they are at times handled with such levity that you can't help but relate and feel that everything is going to be alright. That's the goal of Unlisted. It's not about a name or a theme, but really about a reflection of self as one takes the journey through this album. It's about the music. The guys sincerely hope you can share in this experience.
