This was my debut album - produced by me and some talented folks back in 1996. It still feel bold at first listen..I have since gone on to produce several other CDs...but this will always stand alone as my flagship piece. I won the Lilith Fair Competition some years back...so if you're looking for genre comparisons... Some writer once said of me: "Deborah writes with the quirkiness of Elvis Costello, exhibits melodic influences from Tom Waits to Suzanne Vega to The Police, and possesses showmanship that might be likened to Lily Tomlin and Spalding Gray.
