The album has reached new levels throughout America, Korea, Germany, and Japan. \"One Prayer Away\" ranked in the Top 500 out of thousands on the Billboard Song Contest charts. The video for the titled track \"Rise My Child\" was released in September of 2007 with the help of the New Orleans\' Film Commission, Scrubbrush Productions and NOVAC; where it continues to receive high ratings on MySpace video and Youtube.com. Tonya has opened and sung professionally behind some of gospel music most prominent legends such as, Darryl Coley, Donald Lawrence, Edwin and Walter Hawkins, Karen Clark-Sheard, Kierra “KiKi” Sheard and many more. She continues to make several local and national television, magazine, and radio appearances. Tonya recently received her Bachelor\'s of Arts degree in vocal music from the prestigious Tougaloo College. She is currently the director of the Rise My Child Foundation, where she and her husband continue to work with the youth throughout Louisiana and Mississippi. She will continue to pursue her goals of teaching in the Public School System, while gaining her Master\'s Degree in Urban Studies.
