Hailing from New York, Michael Chavez has been DJing, producing and creating music under the stage moniker of &9.

His signature sound is based on a particular attention to details and a great sonic balance: beat samples, synths, sonic textures,banging basslines, and subtle grooves. Everything falls into place organically and instinctively.

&9 fully embraces the spirit of New York City, as well as the sound of its eclectic and kaleidoscopic music scene. Although originally coming from a deep house music background, &9 is not afraid to take his chances and blend in diverse elements and influences on his tracks, including a certain Latin twist, a tribute to his Colombian / Peruvian origins. In this release &9 have the touch not of one or two or three, but seven remixes for this tune! Incl. 3Kilo, Mattiaa from Quantizers duo, Ivan Melnik, Side Project aka Gabriel Vega, the italian talented Refresh (Italy) and two versions by Helder Teixeira.
