LD/50 is the product of Glen Alvelais-guitars, Clark Brown-vocals, Jeremy Colson-drums and Oddie McLaughlin-bass. Started in 1998-1999 and recorded this demo "Y2K" with Juan Urteaga at Trident Studios. Glen Alvelais is known for playing with bands "Forbidden""Testament""Tenet" and has recorded for several other artists and bands. Clark Brown is known for his work with bass player Geezer Butler of Black Sabbath on both the " Black Science" and "ohmwork" recordings. Jeremy Colson is a well know name for his work as drummer for the famous guitarist Steve Vai. Jeremy has done several recordings for other artists and bands as well throughout his career. Oddie McLaughlin is known for his bass playing with the New York band "Black Water Rising" and other various artists. Together the combination of styles and influences melted into a heavy metal sound with both groove and melody.
