Her latest 2013 release "Romancing the Dark" steps out of the jazz genre, and is a collection of Stern’s own original compositions and arrangements. She is a published poet and her lyrics appear in the book of Bill Evans transcriptions and the David Friesen song book collection, both Hal Leonard publications.
