3rd trimester week 28 through week 40. Do make these daily meditations and reflections your companion throughout your Nine Glorious Months. These Meditations and Reflections can aid in your carrying your healthy baby to full term as well as assisting you in having the easy, comfortable pregnancy and birth you desire. You do not need to have a notebook, however, after listening each day, you may want to write a brief entry. Daily guidance in what to address is included after each reflection.
