We are a spirit being that has a soul consisting of our mind, will and emotions, and we live in a body. All elements of our tri part being have a voice i.e. when we are hungry our body tells us so. We were created by God to be led not by our body or our mind, will or emotions but by our spirit. But in the busyness of our lives we never take the time to quieten ourselves to hear that “still small voice”. The Psalmist tells us that his heart instructed him in the night seasons. This album was created for the purpose of quietening ones self, meditating on the greatness of God and allowing our hearts to instruct us and lead us. People have always known that “music soothes the savage beast” so let the music quieten your mind so that you can enjoy the stress free life we were designed to live. Take the time to enter into God’s rest.
