David M Brown is a contemporary composer who received his Masters in Music from the University of New Orleans. David is a multi-instrumental artist, and teacher, recording and playing many styles of music including among others Rock, Jazz, Classical, Salsa and World Musics including Middle Eastern, Italian, Greek, Afghan, and East Asian. This eclectic variety adds to the wide-ranging style of his original music, which includes traditional and modern jazz,(A Native of New Orleans) rock, pop, world music and classical/film score. David continues to perform as a solo artist, with woodwind player Jack Braet in the “Braet and Brown Duo”, and with his band, “David Brown and the Krewe of Sound”, whose six CD’s are available on CD Baby
