Beginning in 2011, a mixture of Portland talents (from projects such as Menomena, Sun Angle, Pluvial, Junior Private Detective, Dat'r, and many more...) got together to make some music that sounded like nothing from any of their other bands. That band is Gallons. And they are here to bend your mind and make you dance.

Every member brings their own unique style to the table when composing something new, with backgrounds in post-hardcore, electronic dance, cumbia, classical music, punk, heavy metal, and even regular ol' pop. Nothing is taboo when it comes to writing GALLONS' material. Even the noisiest parts are infused with catchiness on some level.
