简介
Brazilian Pop Music (BPM) is the fourth project launched by Brazilian singer/songwriter Aline Muniz and her first international effort. This very special collection features recordings from Aline’s three previous albums ‘Da Pá Virada’ (2008), ‘Onde Tudo Faz Sentido’ (2011) and ‘Outra’ (2015), plus especially recorded originals and unreleased re-interpretations. Among the new recordings are Aline’s take on Stevie Wonder’s classic ‘Ribbon In The Sky’ as well as covers of two major Brazilian pop standards: Lenine’s ‘Jack Soul Brasileiro’ and Lulu Santos’ ‘Tempos Modernos’, plus a first recording in Spanish of Os Paralamas do Sucesso classic ‘Mensaje de Amor’. Brazilian Pop Music aims to expand Aline’s presence and reach in the international music scene as a true global artist. Songs from her original albums include national radio hits: ‘Dançando Com a Vida’ (Sandra de Sá / Zé Ricardo), ‘Eu, Você e Mais Ninguém’ (Walmir Borges / Marcio Bradock), ‘Não Me Leve a Mal’ (Aline Muniz / Marco de Vita / Eric Budney) and ‘Penso em Você’ (Aline Muniz / Marco de Vita). The Brazilian Pop Music project was conceived by New York based Brazilian producer Béco Dranoff. Aline Muniz – The new sound of global Brazilian Pop. www.alinemuniz.com
