Trevor states, "The whole reason I began writing for this project was because it was the kind of moment I wanted to have in worship personally. This entire album started over a year and half ago with the title track, 'I've Been Redeemed', which was the anthem I needed for my life at that time. This project has been a long and hard journey, but it encompasses the atmosphere I wanted to experience in corporate worship with other believers." Throughout the years Trevor has grown into an eclectic and unique artist, who desires to see people worship together without any limits or boundaries. Trevor continues, "It seems like for years we've placed a box on worship and worship music. Like there were rules and guidelines. 'Raise your hands this way... make music that sounds this way.... use these instruments and chords...' and I longed for it to feel more genuine to me. I really longed for something that was simple and from the heart that allowed people a chance to feel like they could be unique in their worship. I hope this record provides the opportunity for people to do that."
