The Silver Belles are Marianne Grittani, Jennifer Scott and Lynnette Salton. Coming from different parts of the music world, the group formed in 1989. The Silver Belles are a vibrant contemporary vocal trio who primarily perform a capella throughout the Christmas season to appreciative audiences throughout the Vancouver Area. They have been featured on CBC, Local news and at many distinguished events including Bright Nights in Stanley Park & DVBIA Luncheon singing for media, VANOC and local celebrities. Marianne is a renowned singer/songwriter - her CD "Into the Glimmering" received terrific reviews and she is a mainstay at many folk fests and singer/songwriter showcases. She was also a featured performer in "Top of the Pops" - a Christmas special. The music is vibrant, full of fun and energy - at times meditative and retrospective.
