Both Anthony Bergman and Jed Bontjes have established a name for themselves independently within the Fargo/Moorhead music scene. But now, they have decided to join forces and instead of producing a live band that plays their signature rock and funk sound, they have decided to go a more modern route and use the versatility of modern music to their advantage. And so they have made Hot Glue, two multi-instrumentalists using technology as their other band member.

And so they have created their debut album, Applicator, as a reminder of what two minds can do when they apply themselves. Using modern drum tracks, synthesizers and loops, they have combined them with their live bass, piano, guitar and vocal tracks to create a new modern sound. Enjoy this album for what it does: both looking ahead in popular music and also how it pays homage as it looks backward.
