A Totally Different Disaster, Fisheye's second CD, is the band's most ambitious effort. Featuring the songwriting of Brian, Andy, and Jason, this CD builds on the success of last year's "Bigger than Your Head". Much of Fisheye's appeal stems from their catchy melodies, varied instrumentation, and up beat sing-along style. Fisheye is greater than the sum of its parts. Brian Mobley has a good voice. Jason Roberts is talented on both the guitar and mandolin. Andy Robinson has an ear for harmony. And Doug Ward keeps a good beat. Stir in the work of three prolific songwriters in Brian, Andy and Jason. Add some practice, luck, and special sauce and there you have the basis of Fisheye.
