Jim Penfold has been recording and releasing songs solo and with various line-ups of his band the Hollywood Killers since the 70's. A full biography can be found on the Hollywood Killers' website........

From the early singles 'Hot Hazy Days'..... 'Goodbye Suicide' (his punk moment which the BBC Radio 1 DJ John Peel loved).....his EMI records single 'Killer on the Dancefloor'......endless gigging in the 80's onwards.....'Butterfly' and Radio 1 In Concert......recording 'Teenage Dream' with Tony Visconti producing.....'Hole In My Room'......and many more releases up to writing and performing the title track for Charley Boorman's TV series 'Race To Dakar.

This remastered track 'Lonely' was originally recorded at Martin Turner (Wishbone Ash)'s studio in West London in 1986 with his brother Kim Turner (Sting/Police) .producing.
