Born Juan Romero on May 10, 1990 in Antioch, California - J. Romero was your typical young man growing up. He enjoyed the usual adolescent activities like video games, sports and music. He inherited his love of music and performing from his Mother who was a singer. At a young age, J. Romero would sing at family events and “on request” for people who realized he could sing. But since his favorite activity was playing soccer – he never took it too seriously. Eventually, that would all change. After moving to Arizona with his family in 2001 he continued to be active in sports. His dream of playing professional soccer ended when he suffered a serious injury during his junior year in high school. It was a blessing in disguise since it propelled him into the world of music and entertainment. J. Romero is currently working on a 7 song E.P. Constantly in the studio with producer/songwriters Kyle Christopher and Chrishan the Prince. Coming with some serious heat with "Ay Yi Yi" Feat Baby Bash. The E.P will also feature the likes of R&B sensation Eric Bellinger along with up and coming artist Rayven Justice His sound and current style of music is a sorts of R&B, mixed with Hip-Hop. J. Romero continues to work hard in the studio and promoting his music with traditional grass roots efforts.
