The Judah Four project is the brain child of Gospel Singer, Songwriter, Musician & Producer - Curtis Wayne Hurley. The artist simply wanted to take a different direction in his musical career - that would not tarnish his intensely spiritual pursuits. "Music is the purest expression of one's soul..." as Mr. Hurley put it, and here he and a few of his friends delve into several different forms of expression. The project covers varying styles of Jazz: from the traditional Bebop of the CD's first cut "Inspiration", to the deeply soulful "Reign Storm (Lexi's Song) - a tribute to Mr. Hurley's niece who lost her life to domestic violence.

The members of the Judah Four band all come from various musical organizations and backgrounds, but came together to create a mélange of musical intensity and passion. House of Praise will lift your Spirit!
