Every song serves a purpose. Some songs can make you break out in serious dance moves while driving in the car with your friends creating memories that will last a lifetime. Some songs can be so relational to your life that it gives you strength to keep going. Some songs remind you of that special someone so much that you keep it on repeat. Some songs remind us of memories that we hold close to our hearts. Every song serves a purpose.

As an artist, I’ve learned how important it is to write lyrics that are honest; to write with a passion and a vision. For me, the best way to stay personable is to stay connected with the season I’m in; to be genuine about what I’m learning, what I’m walking through, in hopes that the reality of my lyrics would offer encouragement, inspiration, smiles, and hope to an audience of people I may never have the chance to sit down and have coffee with.
